Submission of the online application is not considered complete until the affidavit of lawful presence is signed by the applicant. An affidavit will be sent to your email to fill out following the submission of the online application. When this information is received, the rebate application will be processed in the order of receipt. Rebate checks will be issued within three to six weeks of completion of the on-line application.
